Cancelation policy

Envy Beauty Den requires a minimum of 48 hours notice of canceled or rescheduled appointments.  This time frame allows for us to book guests on our waitlist. This policy protects our business and the flexibility of our schedule.

If you do cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to 50% fee of the booked service(s). If you fail to show for the appointment with zero notice, you will be subject to 100% fee of the booked service(s).

These fee's must be paid prior to rebooking.

If you are later than 15 minutes for an appointment, your stylist reserves the right to cancel all or part of the appointment and you will be subject to 50% per service(s) booked.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We do understand that life happens and there can be extenuating circumstances. We will do everything we can to work with you in the case of an emergency or illness.

Redo policy

If you find yourself less than happy with your service(s), we ask that you let us know within 48 hours of your service(s) appointment time.  We will do everything we can to make the results more to your expectations. Communication is key, we are all human and don't always nail it the first time. We will do our best to get you back into the salon in a reasonable time frame but please understand this could be up to a  week.

If the request is made after a 48 hour period, we are still committed to making your experience what you expected however, the adjustment service will scheduled and charged as a new appointment. 

No refunds are allowed for services performed under any circumstance.

Product return policy

Very lightly used product may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

There is no refund on extension hair after it is installed.
